Meditations this Sunday!

I just wanted to let you know that I will be having a Mindful Meditation class this Sunday, July 24th at the RPM Studios in North Hollywood. This is class will be giving tips and suggestions on how to meditate everyday for your well being. Space is limited and each student will be taking home a votive candles.
